THE BEST IN THE HISTORY OF MOTORSPORT (September 25th to 29th, 2019)

September 25th to 29th, 2019

Ford GT40, Jaguar Type E, Ferrari 250 LM and Williams, Brabham and Arrows on the F1 side are among the incredible line-ups that will be on display at Spa Six Hours. And with drivers coming from all over Europe behind the wheel, we will come here to race and not to show off. Undoubtedly, it is a historic event not to be missed on the most beautiful circuit in the world where many activities will take place. To the general public, family, and enthusiasts, there is something for everyone.

This will already be the 27th edition of the Roadbook organizer whose passion goes hand in hand with vintage cars. As a result, it is one of the most beautiful events in Europe reserved for vintage cars on a track that is still as popular as
ever. If the practice starts on Wednesday, 12 rounds will be held for qualifying tests and races from Friday to Sunday. Thanks to the Belgian Federation of Ancient Cars (FBVA), which is still very much active around the event, its members will also have the right to use the track on Thursday at the end of the day and even on Wednesday for those who have pre-war cars.

The highlight of the event, the Six Hours will bring together the best of motorsport from the 1960s on Saturday from 4 pm to 10 pm with many Ford GT40, Shelby, Mustang, Lotus Elan, Triumph, Jaguar E-Type, Marcos, and other Chevrolet Corvettes, to name just a few. But before that, the public will already have the opportunity to have a look at the impressive Formula 1 cars from 1966 to 1985, which will replace the various cars from the early days of the discipline of Juan Manuel Fangio, Alberto Ascari, and Jim Clark. And this will also continue with the clashes of the old Le Mans prototypes, in the same way as the famous and very popular pre-war years. More classic, the cars of the most beautiful years of Grand Tourism will also be numerous in the same way as those seen in the most beautiful years of Tourism from 1966 to 1990. Finally, Jaguar fans will be delighted with a series that will be entirely dedicated to them.

However, Spa Six Hours also offers many activities over the whole weekend. The Ford GT40 - Le Mans - 69 Revival will undoubtedly be one of the most anticipated moments where the start and finish of Jacky Ickx's magical victory at the 24h Le Mans will be recreated. The FBVA will also have its "House" where everyone will be welcomed, including exchanging Panini stickers in the event's colors. Indeed, collector posters will allow everyone to gather the stickers of all the cars, a nice new feature. While in the paddock, Vintage Village will not go unnoticed with its numerous car stands, parades, and high-rock musical entertainment.

While admission will be free on Wednesdays and Thursdays, the pass for the whole weekend is fixed at 35 euros in advance on the site, while the daily packages will start already at 20 euros. Finally, children under 12 years of age will be admitted free of charge. Several unique packages are also available to experience the race in an unforgettable way via Lunch Buffet, Lounge Bar or by supporting beautiful actions such as the Lions Club.
