Racing Festival

A great innovative show which is free and will delight all enthusiasts!

The Racing Festival, which for the Royal Automobile Club of Spa is its wrapping-up event for the 2016 season, will certainly live up to its reputation, and promises once again to offer the most varied activities. The different events will, in fact, have something to satisfy every fan, mixing Touring cars, GTs and Prototypes...
The "Supercar challenge powered by Pirelli" will be taking part in the party and the grid collection will also include the small prototypes of the Superlight Challenge. This competition, organised by our neighbours to the north, offers an array of spectacular cars to the public: some PROTOS like the Ligier LMP3 or the Ginetta LMP3, Radicals, Pragas, but also GTs such as the Mosler, Mercedes SLS, Ferrari F458, Lamborghini Huracan, Renault R.S.01,… In short, cars from the very top of the range! They will compete in two races of 60 minutes and 90 minutes respectively on Saturday and Sunday.
Don't miss the novelty of this 2016 edition: the Scuderia Alfa Classico with around 40 "youngtimers" who will delight fans of the trefoil badge on Sunday during 2 x 25-minute sprints.
And following on the programme: the Deutscher Tourenwagen Cup, which will have "improved Touring" cars battle it out on Saturday and Sunday. As for the Clio Cup Benelux, it is always very keenly anticipated as it offers a great show, which you can enjoy during 2 x 30-minute races.
Last but not least, with the Caterham Graduates, we have the English and their mythical Super Seven which will plunge you into another world, full of passion and tinged with a touch of nostalgia in short but intense 30-minute jousts.
Come as a family on the 8th & 9th of October for an exciting weekend with a varied and very colourful programme and free of charge!
