Two championships in one weekend
After a nine-year break, the ADAC GT Masters is celebrating its comeback at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps and is making its third stop here. The Masters will start its second half of the season at Spa-Francorchamps from August 30th to September 1st.
The ADAC GT Masters has already been the scene of numerous thrilling races.
The new format with Sprint and Endurance, which will also be held in Belgium after a successful premiere at the Nürburgring, guarantees even more excitement.
In the last edition of the ADAC GT Masters in 2015, a BMW Z4 GT3 and a Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3 both took victory. The current season looks very similar: These two German constructors are currently setting the tone, but a third team is also making a name for itself, which will add an extra dose of excitement to the race.
The other championship this weekend is all about youngtimers with a whole army of 120 cars and over 50 cars taking part in the Touring Car Golden Era.
