Centenary of the Circuit
Your memories, our history
The Circuit of Spa-Francorchamps will celebrate its centenary in 2021. Definitely a milestone year for motorsport fans.
To celebrate it fittingly, various projects will be put in place, among which is the "Connected Helmets".
A veritable time-travel trip, 10 giant connected (digitalised) helmets will be constructed at the four corners of the site and will host treasured mementos of the Circuit's history. Comprising photos and videos, virtual and playful journeys, this exhibition will allow visitors to discover the Circuit in an alternative way, through the eyes of the past. It will also give us a peep into its future projects.
The Circuit therefore is appealing for public support to develop this project with the launch of a group: "Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps - Vos mémoires, notre histoire" on its Facebook page @circuitspa.
This group will allow those people who wish to do so share their hidden treasures and best mementos of the Circuit and its races, enjoyed with friends or family. The most unique and unusual of the documents or items will be selected to form an integral part of the exhibition.
We will be taking the utmost care so that all other enthusiasts can benefit from this!
