The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the lower floors, ensuring a pleasant temperature all year round.  

The house also offers a TV lounge, Wi-fi connection, a combined washer/dryer, a closed bicycle/motorcycle room and a large private parking area with camera coverage.
